Dark Roast
Papua New Guinea crops are organic by law so there’s no need to look for “official organic certification” of this coffee bean. It is grown at over 4,000 feet above sea level. It’s a combination of varietals including Blue Mountain, Arusha and San Ramon. Because of the different sizes of the beans it creates a unique blend of tasting notes. From our tasting perspective we sense a full bodied herbal, spiced, sweet cup of coffee.
We don’t carry many coffees from Papua New Guinea but as of late they have been reall shining through and showing up to our expectations.
